2egg whites
½cupcornstarch
1teaspoonbaking powder
½ to 1teaspoonsalt

1habanero pepper
3tablespoonshoney
Juice of 1 lime
1garlic clove
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Wateras needed to loosen
2tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Pat the wings very dry with paper towels. Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Let them sit for 20 minutes.
Coat the wings with egg whites until lightly covered.
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Dredge the wings in the cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess. Let them sit for 15 minutes so the coating can hydrate and stick better.
Meanwhile, make the mango habanero sauce. Add the mango, habanero, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the sauce into a small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened and the garlic and habanero mellow out. Add a splash of water as needed until the sauce reaches your preferred consistency. Turn off the heat, then stir in the butter until glossy and smooth.
Spray air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket. Spray wings lightly with oil.
Air fry at 370°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Increase the heat to 410°F and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Toss the crispy wings with the mango habanero sauce right before serving, or serve the sauce on the side as a dip. Enjoy!
