1poundthin-cut beef short rib strips
¼cupsoy sauce
¼cupmirin
2tablespoonswater
1tablespoonsesame oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonground ginger
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonsesame seeds
1green onionchopped, optional

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, water, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and sesame seeds.
Add the short ribs and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Remove the short ribs from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Transfer the short ribs to a plate. Use kitchen scissors to cut them into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Garnish with chopped green onions, if using. Serve and enjoy!
