This easy salmon kama recipe features rich, buttery salmon collar brushed with a sweet and savory honey soy glaze. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • pounds salmon collar salmon kama
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
Honey Soy Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Brush air fryer basket with oil. Preheat to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon collar dry with paper towels, then season both sides with the salt.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, and honey until smooth.
  4. Arrange the salmon collar in the air fryer basket skin-side down, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, brush the salmon generously with the honey soy glaze.
  6. Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and brush with more glaze. Serve and enjoy!
