These easy Smash Burger Tacos combine a crispy beef patty, melty American cheese, and all your favorite burger toppings in a warm flour tortilla.

Burger Sauce:
⅓cupmayonnaise
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonpepper
1teaspoonmustard
1tablespoonpickle relish
¼teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Burger Tacos:
1poundground beefpreferably 80/20
6(6-inch) flour tortillas
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonfreshly cracked black pepper
6slicesAmerican cheese
Shredded lettuce
Pickleschopped
Diced onions
Instructions
Mix the mayo sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Divide the ground beef into 6 portions. Press each portion onto one side of a flour tortilla, spreading it thinly to the edges. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla beef-side down and press firmly with a spatula or burger press.
Cook the patty undisturbed for about 2 minutes, or until the beef is browned and crisp around the edges.
Flip the taco, add a slice of cheese, and cook covered for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until the tortilla is golden and the cheese melts.
Remove from the skillet. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and mayo sauce. Fold and serve right away. Enjoy!
